The project is affiliated with China Glass Holdings Limited Company and is located within the Electronic Glass Industrial Park Base in Suqian High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

Pulling capacity: 160T/D (0.9mm, 1.1mm); 350T/D (2mm); 400T/D (3-6mm), maximum original plate width 3700mm, product varieties: ultra-thin electronic glass; automotive glass.

RUIXIN is the engineering general contractor, responsible for:

a) Engineering design: Engineering design of the production line, including raw materials, joint workshop, and utilities.

b) Supply, installation, and commissioning of all production line equipment.

c) Training of technical and operational personnel.

d) Production technical services.

e) Providing a complete set of technical documents, including equipment material procurement standards, construction specifications, production operation software, etc.

The project started construction in November 2016, officially started production in July 2017, and completed the production of 0.9mm to 6mm glass within half a year. The quality of 0.9mm product reached the B-level standard of electronic glass (stable production). It currently mainly produces 1.6 to 2.3mm automotive glass, specifically for SGG (China) automotive glass processing - specifically for TESLA car front windshield glass.
